Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal wasquestioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a drug- probe for round seven hours on Friday. The NCB, which questioned Rampal’s associate GabriellaDemetriades on Wednesday and Thursday, has additionally arrested his pal Paul Bartel, an official of the central company stated.

“I have nothing to do with drugs. I have prescription for the medicine which was found at my residence and the prescription has been handed over to NCB officials,” Rampal advised reporters.

“I am cooperating with the investigation and the NCB officials are doing a good job,” the actor-turned-model stated as he emerged out of the NCB’s zonal workplace in south Mumbai round 6 pm.

He had reached the workplace in Ballard Estate at 11 within the morning. Rampal, 47, had been summoned within the case associated to alleged drug use within the Hindi movie business, the NCB official stated.

His pal Paul Bartel, a international nationwide, was arrested on Thursday following interrogation, the official added.

The NCB summoned Rampal and his associate Demetriades after conducting a search on the actor’s residence in suburban Bandra on Monday. The company had seized digital devices reminiscent of laptops, cell phones and tablets in the course of the search and likewise questioned Rampal’s driver.
