Cricket Australia announces full schedule for India’s tour; Adelaide to host Day/Night Test

India’s tour of Australia will start on November 27, and the Test sequence will begin with the Day/Night Test in Adelaide on December 17.

Cricket Australia has introduced the full schedule for India’s upcoming tour Down Under on Wednesday. The tour consists of three T20Is, three ODIs and a four-match Test sequence.

While the limited-overs sequence will happen in Sydney and Australian capital Canberra, the Test matches will all be performed at conventional venues — together with the Boxing Day Test, which shall be performed in Melbourne.

It was additionally confirmed that India will play their first abroad Day/Night Test on the tour to Australia, with Adelaide enjoying host to the historic recreation.

The tour begins on November 27 with the primary two ODIs happening in Sydney. The groups journey to Canberra for the ultimate ODI. The Manuka Oval may also be the venue for the primary T20I on December 4, earlier than the groups return to Sydney for the remainder of the sequence.

The Test sequence begins with the D/N Test on December 17 earlier than the Boxing Day Test on December 26. Earlier, Victoria Premier Daniel Andrews had expressed his confidence on the presence of followers for the Melbourne Test.

The last two video games of the Test sequence will happen in Sydney and Brisbane respectively.

December 2: third ODI – Manuka Oval, Canberra

T20I sequence:

December 6: Sydney Cricket Ground, Sydney
December 8: Sydney Cricket Ground, Sydney

Test sequence:

December 17-21: Adelaide Oval, Adelaide (Day/Night Test)
December 26-30: Melbourne Cricket Ground, Melbourne
January 7-11: Sydney Cricket Ground, Sydney
Januay 15-19: Gabba, Brisbane
